Stalking the Root Meditation
Guided Meditation led by Charles Gaby, set to live music by Daniel Katsük
This Stalking the Root Guided Meditation takes us into the cavernous depth of our Consciousness, into the Unknown, to recognize the patterning and illusions of our images so as to better know our inner landscape; to better know our Selves. We’ll be playing the whole meditation live all the way through with Daniel Katsük interweaving gong, native flutes, guitar and percussion, underneath a potent guided meditation by Charles Gaby, designed to take us into the ever-refilling Fountain to recharge and renew, the space where we can connect to Higher Self and bring that treasure back into the world for others. It is a special intimate and transformative night and we would love to share it with you.
The first 25 minutes will be light movement with a drum circle and then we’ll settle on our mats for the 50 minute meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow/bolster and/or blanket if you wish. Depending on how many attend the studio may run out of extra props.
