The Summer into Fall transition can be a doozy on our immune system especially for us Texans when our seasons bounce back and forth before finally settling in. Not to mention the added stress the end of year bestows on us. This wellness workshop will give you knowledge and tools to help balance the shift. We’ll sip on immune boosting teas and mock-tails, learn movement to massage and pump the lymphatic system and which essential oils are best for this time of year and how to apply them. You will get to make an essential oil roller, a hydrating sugar scrub, and get video access to the yoga practice you’ll learn so you can do it at home.
